Church
Power Accounting (CPA)
is a service of
Accounting Link USA,
and was designed specifically for Churches and Non-Profits. As
Christians, we believe, as stated in
1
Corinthians 12:14-28,
that God has uniquely gifted individuals within the Body to work
together in ministry. Just as others have been gifted and called
as Apostles, Prophets, and Teachers, we have been gifted with
the
“gifts of administration”,
and like all other ministers, we desire to use our gifts to
bless and encourage others, both inside and outside the church.
Church Power Accounting helps us do just that! The Church, not
unlike any other business or operation, should constantly
evaluate whether or not they have the
“right people” doing the
“right things”
in order to maximize efficiency
and effectiveness. However, in the church, it is even more
crucial, as the result of inefficiencies and ineffectiveness
means reaching less people with the Gospel, which has a tragic
eternal impact! Obviously, the enemy, who comes to “kill, steal,
and destroy” would prefer that the church maintain the status
quo, rather than seek for ways to improve the operational
efficiencies of our churches.
The Unfortunate Truth...
Unfortunately, many of the accounting
and bookkeeping positions within today’s churches are
often times filled, out of convenience and/or
relationship by workers that are often
under qualified, and in many cases called to
preach, teach, or evangelize. This is
NOT good stewardship of the
churches resources! Through CPA, we seek to provide churches
with professional accounting and bookkeeping services in such a
manner that it saves them money, time, and gives them peace
of mind. We know that by redeeming money and time to those
that have been called to preach, teach, and evangelize, it will
result in more people hearing the good news of Jesus Christ,
thus more people being saved! Also, having these tasks provided
by a professional accounting firm, will give peace of mind to
many Senior Pastors in today’s litigious society, where
according to the American Bar Association, the average Pastor
has a 67% chance of having a legal problem within the next 12
months. We want to help eliminate that worry!
God’s Word teaches us that all things should be done in “order”
and that we should “take
pains to do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord, but
also in the eyes of men.” |
